1. Shipping Locations

Pomuse Jewelry ships from China. We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

2. Order Processing time

After order is placed, we will begin to handle with the order. Usually, it takes 3~5 working days to get the order to be packed.

3. Shipping Cost and Shipping Time

Pomuse Jewelry offers free standard shipping for all orders.

The delivery time is consisting of the order processing time (3~5 business days) and delivery time (7~9 business days) Therefore, you will be able to receive your order in around 10~14 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

4. Track My Order

Tracking number with the carrier information will be provided with 1~2 business days after your order is shipped out. You will be able to track the status of your package on the carrier website.

If you are not able to track the package with the tracking number provided, please contact us support@pomuse.com. In rare cases, tracking number might be updated, we will have the issues solved within 48 hours.

5. Wrong Shipping Information

· If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

· Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

The import taxes and duties are already included in the price listed on the website.

7. Damages caused by transportation

If there is any damages or defects caused by transportation, please kindly contact us at support@pomuse.com, Free replacement will be sent by express after we receiving the request.
